Safety starts the second we meet your dog, as well as your dogs normal collar and tag we add an ACBS tag to the collar – just in case.
We NEVER take more than 4 dogs out at any one time, this allows us to give the individual attention they deserve whilst allowing them the vital interaction skills required to be with other dogs.
If you wish your dog to be walked on an individual basis this is not a problem.
Subject to bookings, we will always try and take your dog out with dogs they know.
Every dog is assessed for behavioral qualities before any bookings are undertaken, it is essential that we all get on together and you have 100% faith in us. If there is anything your dog likes or dislikes this is the time to let us know, especially if they do not get on with a certain breed.

KEYS: If we hold keys to your property, rest assured these are kept in a secure place WITHOUT an address tag. In the event you are locked out we offer a key holder service, just call and we will come and let you in as soon as possible. £20 call out charge.
